Taxes: As an online business solely based in Montana, we do not charge a sales tax, nor do we ever incur enough sales to meet the registration and reporting threshold of any other state, based on our maximum sales volume and revenue estimation. Out-of-state and overseas buyers, please refer to your local tax laws and determine if there is a use tax on intangible/digital items. Promptly meet your tax obligations per your local tax rules.
All sales are final. Prices for products may be subject to change without prior notice. In the event of technical issues that prevent or unreasonably delay order delivery, your only recourse is to receive either a replacement of the purchase or a refund, as determined by Celestial Empire. Celestial Empire reserves the right to suspend or cancel payment or deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Refunds are only available before the item is claimed. According to RSI's gifting policy, once an item is gifted and accepted, it becomes permanently linked to your RSI account and cannot be refunded or reversed. However, if we make an error or fail to deliver the item, we will issue a full refund without any further inquiries.
Please note that for order cancellations, we charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover part of our operating costs incurred for every transaction. This fee applies to all cancellations except in cases where we are at fault.
