Can I get a refund for my purchase?
You are eligible for a refund before the item is claimed. According to RSI's gifting policy, once an item is gifted and accepted, it becomes permanently linked to your RSI account and cannot be refunded or reversed. Please be aware that for order cancellations, we charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover part of our operating costs incurred for every transaction. However, if an error on our part occurs or if we fail to deliver the item, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
