How quickly will I receive my order?

Why can't I see my claimed item in my hangar?

If you've claimed your item while logged into the correct RSI account, remember that items in your hangar are organized by their creation date, starting with the newest. If you have many items, your recent acquisition might not be on the first page. Please check your "hangar log" and browse through the pages of your hangar to locate your item.

I can't find a specific item I'm looking for.

Our inventory is curated to include only a limited selection of items that offer great value or are no longer available through official channels. We prioritize delivering value to our customers over maximizing profits. If you're unable to find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always eager to help and will do our best to meet your needs.

How will my item be delivered?

Your purchase will be sent directly to the email address you specify during checkout. Please make sure you are logged into your preferred RSI account before you click the link in the delivery email to claim your item!

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

You are eligible for a refund before the item is claimed. According to RSI's gifting policy, once an item is gifted and accepted, it becomes permanently linked to your RSI account and cannot be refunded or reversed. Please be aware that for order cancellations, we charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover part of our operating costs incurred for every transaction. However, if an error on our part occurs or if we fail to deliver the item, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Do you buy and sell game accounts and currencies?
